The basic gist is this:a few cans evaporated milk, plus a few cans watera few eggsa little bit of cup olive oila bit of saltsome honeya good sprinkling of yeastI added my flour mix till I was satisfied (probably around 5-7 cups)My flour mix is1-5lb bag of whole wheat flour1-5lb bag of bread flour1/2 tall canister of old fashioned oatsIf you have any question, be sure to ask.And another thing. Taste your dough as you go.
